Scope created a new visual concept to guide the renewal of Takomo Base. The lobby was redesigned to make a noticeable change without an unnecessarily heavy refurbishment.<\/p>\n
Scope managed the lobby renovation and furnishing as a complete delivery, combining fixed and loose furniture with the wider interior concept.<\/p>\n
3D visualisations of the renewed lobby were also produced for the property\u2019s leasing marketing, giving prospective tenants a clear view of the intended atmosphere before the work was complete.<\/p>\n
