Takomo Base
A bold property concept designed to support leasing
Property concept and lobby renewal · Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki
Trevian Asset Management wanted a stronger visual concept for Takomo Base and a lobby that would give the property a more distinctive first impression. Scope developed the concept, designed the shared spaces and coordinated the renewal through implementation.

A clearer identity for the property and its shared spaces
Scope created a new visual concept to guide the renewal of Takomo Base. The lobby was redesigned to make a noticeable change without an unnecessarily heavy refurbishment.
Scope managed the lobby renovation and furnishing as a complete delivery, combining fixed and loose furniture with the wider interior concept.
3D visualisations of the renewed lobby were also produced for the property’s leasing marketing, giving prospective tenants a clear view of the intended atmosphere before the work was complete.
“When we began planning the new concept and identity for the property, Scope immediately understood what we were aiming for. The collaboration was straightforward and flexible from the start, and it felt as though we were looking for solutions together from the same side of the table.”

From shared spaces to tenant alterations
After the shared-area renewal, the collaboration continued into tenant alterations at Takomo Base. According to Trevian, this helped keep leasing, space use and the property’s visual objectives aligned.
The client described the continuation as a natural next step after the successful shared-space changes: Scope could apply the same understanding of the property’s concept while adapting individual premises to tenant needs.
