A new identity for Move Business Park
Scope developed a fresh, dynamic property concept and visual identity for Move, then translated it into the lobby and shared-space experience.
The project included functional changes to the lobby, bespoke and loose furniture, and planting as part of the overall interior. The aim was to create a stronger first impression while keeping the space practical for daily use.
The project formed part of a longer collaboration with Trevian Asset Management across large business park properties, including shared spaces, service areas and tenant premises.

A long-term property partnership with a leasing perspective
Move was the latest project in a multi-year collaboration between Trevian and Scope at the time of the original case. Scope had worked on common areas, service spaces and tenant premises across business park properties, combining functionality with a consistent visual standard.
In the client’s own assessment, Move’s attractiveness and occupancy rate increased significantly following the renewal. That makes the project a useful example of how shared spaces and a coherent property concept can support the commercial performance of an office property.
